👗 Chest (Bust):
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure it stays level and straight across your back.

🌸 Waist:
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist – usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably snug and parallel to the floor.

🩰 Hips:
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear. Ensure the tape stays straight and flat.

👖 Inseam:
Measure from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) down to the bottom of your ankle. Best done with your legs straight.
