At Sara Clothing Brand, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a simple and transparent refund process.
1) Eligibility – Within 10 Days
Refund requests must be made within 10 days after delivery and are accepted only if:
• You received the wrong size
• The item is defective or damaged
• The wrong item was sent
Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags and packaging

3) Return Shipping – Covered by Us
• We will send you a prepaid return label by email
• Detailed return instructions will be provided
• You do NOT pay any return shipping cost
4) Inspection & Refund
• After we receive the item, it will be inspected
• Refund is processed within 3–5 business days
• Refund is issued to the original payment method (Stripe) only
5) Important Notes
• Refunds are only for: wrong size, defective, or wrong item
• Items not meeting conditions may be declined
• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers after refund is issued
